From the Heart International Educational Services (FTH) is a black owned, minority owned business dedicated to closing gaps in academic achievement by providing comprehensive educational services that will transform schools into highly effective learning communities.  We are particularly dedicated to improving the lives of children and families living in traditionally vulnerable communities.  To that end, we provide the FTH School Executives Search Enterprise, a comprehensive process for assisting school districts with identifying highly qualified and skilled chief executive officers. 

 

Through the FTH School Executives Search Enterprise we are establishing ourselves as a leader among our peers.  With more than 100 years of chief executive experiences, the FTH leadership team is made up of a cadre of veteran superintendents from across the country.  This level of experience is invaluable in a district’s quest to identify top-level administration. What stands us apart from others is our collective years of executive experiences and knowledge; our intensive onsite technical assistance and side-by-side coaching for the first year of placement, so that success is not an option but inevitability.   

 

Our executive services are focused on ensuring a capable and competent leader heads every   P-12 public school organization. Therefore, FTH is committed to finding a school district a CEO/leader that:
